I love how affective it is - Its a constant batle with My Eight Year Old and her long curly hair this product is amzing most of them weigh it down so there is no curl but she has beautiful curls now (although she wouldnt rate it!!!) my dissatisfaction with the pumps however I ordered 4 products with only two of them working - lucky I had empty bottles I could swap them out and use.
